Position Overview: Quality Control Specialist

As a Quality Control Specialist at HealthMark Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Data Accuracy: You’ll be tasked with entering data into database software and meticulously verifying its accuracy.
  2. Resolution: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in information, and obtaining additional data when necessary to complete documents.
  3. Reporting: Working closely with the Quality Control Lead/Manager to ensure that all data entry requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
  4. Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive records and notes on specific requests, ensuring proper handling throughout the request life cycle.
  5. Classification: Accurately classifying each request to facilitate streamlined processing.
  6. Speed and Accuracy: Upholding HealthMark Group’s values by adhering to the C.R.A.F.T. (Customer Focused, Results Driven, Agile, Flexible, and Team Oriented) principles and working diligently to meet high-volume demand.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • A high-quality, reliable internet connection.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and speed.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including familiarity with various software programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
