Position Overview: Quality Control Specialist
As a Quality Control Specialist at HealthMark Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Resolution: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in information, and obtaining additional data when necessary to complete documents.
- Reporting: Working closely with the Quality Control Lead/Manager to ensure that all data entry requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive records and notes on specific requests, ensuring proper handling throughout the request life cycle.
- Classification: Accurately classifying each request to facilitate streamlined processing.
- Speed and Accuracy: Upholding HealthMark Group’s values by adhering to the C.R.A.F.T. (Customer Focused, Results Driven, Agile, Flexible, and Team Oriented) principles and working diligently to meet high-volume demand.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- A high-quality, reliable internet connection.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and speed.
- Proficiency in computer usage, including familiarity with various software programs.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
