Role and responsibility

As a Quality Assurance Associate at Bryllan, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. Here’s a glimpse into what the role entails:

  1. Document Control and Review:
    • Develop, review, approve, and maintain essential documents supporting Quality Assurance and Operations.
    • These documents include Batch Records, Protocols, Reports, Risk Assessments, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and more.
  2. Project Team Support:
    • Collaborate with project teams to support new product development and manufacturing activities.
  3. Material Inspection:
    • Review and approve incoming materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  4. Quality Oversight:
    • Oversee manufacturing operations, identify process improvements, and handle non-conforming materials or processes.
  5. Document Approval:
    • Review and approve executed documents related to manufacturing activities.
  6. SOP Development:
    • Develop and implement SOPs related to CGMP quality systems, operations, and facility management.
  7. Quality Systems Management:
    • Assist in managing quality systems, including document control, vendor quality, training, CAPA, change management, auditing, validation/qualification programs, and non-conformance investigations.
