Job Description:
As a BPO Tele sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Calling parents and students from the company’s database and explaining the benefits of the products and services offered by Wordsmith Learning Hub Pte Ltd
- Following up on sales calls and answering any queries or doubts that the customers might have
- Converting leads into sales and earning extra commission for each successful sale
- Registering students and handling all related activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects
- Collecting and analyzing information and data to promote the products and services effectively
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirement/Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A diploma or degree with at least 2-3 years of work experience in BPO telemarketing (experience in telesales is a must)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking)
- A power backup (UPS) in your working space at home near your desk
- A passion for sales and a desire to grow your career in the education industry
