Key Responsibilities:
- Handling QMS Activities: As a Manager in the QA department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Quality Management System (QMS) activities. This includes ensuring compliance with established quality standards, conducting internal audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Regulatory Exposure is a Must: The pharmaceutical industry operates in a highly regulated environment. Your role will require a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to navigate and ensure compliance with various regulatory bodies. Experience in dealing with USFDA and MHRA regulations will be particularly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of QMS, ensuring compliance with USFDA and MHRA regulations.
- Manage document control, change control, and deviation handling.
- Conduct internal audits and provide corrective and preventive action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and mentor QA team members.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm degree in Pharmaceutics or Quality Assurance.
- 15-20 years of experience in QA, specifically in formulation and oral solid dosage forms.
- Proven experience working in regulated markets (USFDA, MHRA preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant QA software (e.g., LIMS, QMS).
